Product use:

Compared with single pulse power supply, DC pulse power supply is more meticulous and has better finish. The anodic dissolution of the reverse pulse of the double pulse power supply makes the concentration of metal ions on the cathode surface rise rapidly, which is conducive to the use of high pulse current density in the subsequent cathode cycle, so that the coating is dense, bright and low porosity; the anodic stripping of the reverse pulse of the double pulse power supply greatly reduces the entrapment of organic impurities (including brighteners) in the coating, so the coating has high purity and resistance to change Strong color ability.

Product features:

1. Ten groups of current waveforms with different parameters are output circularly. Each group of current can be selected arbitrarily from DC, single pulse, double pulse or DC commutation waveforms.

2. The duration of each group of current can be selected from 1s to 9999s, which is convenient to control the thickness of each group of current obtained coating.

3. In the process of alternating operation, the average current of each group of pulse is always the same, so as to ensure that the peak current of each group of pulse is different when different duty cycle is used.
